I grew up in rural Indiana on thirty acres where I acquired a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility from an early age. I carried this with me through my college and work career. I attended Hillsdale College for my undergraduate degree and later went on to earn my Masters in Business Administration while working full time and caring for my first child. I have worked in healthcare in various revenue and customer service capacities for the last thirty years. My experience includes working with different levels of medical providers and staff where I had to have difficult conversations regarding finances, in addition to educating them on insurance and government compliance requirements/mandates. I have negotiated contracts with insurance companies and fought diligently for claim payments.

I moved to Michigan in 1994. I have lived in various communities prior to moving to a beautiful all sports lake along the Huron River Chain of Lakes in 2004. This is where I have spent the majority of the years that I have raised my children. We love the outdoors and take advantage of all of the amazing parks and activities surrounding us.  In addition to living on a lake, we are between a state park and a metro park where we hike during the summer and cross country ski in the winter. If our lake freezes in the winter, I usually build an ice rink in front of our house. During the summer months, we enjoy numerous activities on our lake from paddle boarding to jet skiing. Staying close to my roots, I grow a large vegetable garden and can for the winter months.

In 2021, I started down a new path by earning my real estate license. I love helping clients to buy their perfect home, whether it’s their primary residence or a vacation getaway. I enjoy working with sellers to make their next move as seamless as possible, while negotiating the best offer for their biggest asset.  Given my strong work ethic, I will work tirelessly to find your ideal home and negotiate the best offer for you.
