It's important for me to go on record of stating that I am not the easiest to work with as I am very particular, I can be demanding, inpatient, persistent and skeptical of the realtor profession. At first I was curious to what Tru Living Group was posting on their YouTube channel. The thought of moving back home to Michigan had always been a lingering thought since moving away 30 years ago. But... the videos built a case in a thoughtful and convincing way. Told from a first person perspective of Eric's own experiences. Over time, we developed a known understanding of what we were looking for and where. That known understanding allowed Eric and his team to source a property, off-market.
