It's important for me to go on record of stating that I am not the easiest to work with as I am very particular, I can be demanding, inpatient, persistent and skeptical of the realtor profession. At first I was curious to what Tru Living Group was posting on their YouTube channel. The thought of moving back home to Michigan had always been a lingering thought since moving away 30 years ago. But... the videos built a case in a thoughtful and convincing way. Told from a first person perspective of Eric's own experiences. I had moved ahead of my family to start my new job, while my son and wife stayed behind so my son could finish school. Our separation went on for weeks and then months to almost 6 months. It included firing our realtor in Florida to almost firing the 2nd one. Through our conversations, the mentoring and the advice I felt less like a client, but more like a friend. Eric was vested in doing his part to make our experience as easy as possible - for what he could control on his side of the transaction. Over time, we developed a known understanding of what we were looking for and where. That known understanding allowed Eric and his team to source a property, off-market. Eric handled every aspect of our deal with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and thoughtfulness that it has definitely left a lasting impression on us. I have the greatest respect for what he does and what he has accomplished. He isn't just great at what he does or how he handles himself professionally, but he's a great father to two beautiful girls and an amazing marriage to an equally incredible person.
